Each month, we count your active enrolled students on the billing date and charge ₹50 × that number. Add a student in the middle of the month — they're billed pro-rated from that day. Remove a student — the next bill drops accordingly.
No. You can mark students as inactive or remove them from your dashboard with one click. Only "active" students show up on the next bill.
Yes. Switch from Monthly to Yearly anytime — we credit any unused days from the current month. Switching from Yearly to Monthly happens at the renewal date.
Minimum 10 students for billing. If you're testing with fewer, talk to us — we sometimes waive the minimum during the first 30 days.
Prices shown are exclusive of GST. Standard 18% GST is added at invoice time. Full GST invoice for every payment, useful if you claim ITC.
No. Students download the SevaBook app for free. They only pay your coaching fees (which you set), collected through your own Razorpay account directly to your bank.
We'll WhatsApp you 3 days before the trial ends to confirm whether to start billing. No surprise auto-charges. If you continue, the first paid month starts on day 31.
Cancel any time. Unused days of the current month are refunded to the same payment method, typically within 5–7 working days.
